2.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if it deems the request unsafe, unlawful, or beyond its expertise.
3. Quotes and Payments
3.1. Quotes: All quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the invoice or service agreement:
- A deposit may be required before commencing work.
- Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Additional Costs: Any additional work requested by the Client not covered in the original agreement will incur extra charges, which must be approved by the Client before proceeding.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The Client shall provide access to their premises and all necessary facilities required for the Company to perform its services efficiently and safely.
4.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for the services at their premises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. The Client must ensure that all valuables are secured before work commences as the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage unless caused by negligence.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation of scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply (up to 20% of the quoted amount).
5.2. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe or if the Company is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1. The Company warrants that all services will be performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable UAE laws.
6.2. The Company shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by factors outside its control (e.g., weather conditions, supply chain disruptions).
- Damage resulting from pre-existing issues at the Client’s premises.
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays or interruptions.
6.3. Any claims regarding substandard work must be reported within 7 days of service completion for resolution.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by New Everest LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the UAE.
7.2. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law as applicable in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
10. Dispute Resolution

- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written communication.
- If unresolved within 14 days, disputes may be referred to UAE courts with exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
12. Termination
12.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice under the following conditions:
- Breach of these Terms by either party.
- Unforeseen circumstances rendering service delivery impossible.
12.2 Upon termination: - The Client must settle any outstanding payments immediately.
- The Company will cease all ongoing work.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in legal requirements or business operations.
14. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless New Everest LLC against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of our services.
- Failure to comply with these Terms.
